When you sign up to use our Services, you create a user profile which shall require you to share details like your name, mobile number, email address, passwords. In case you have opted for the KYC verification as available on the Platform, in addition to the Personal Information we may also ask you for the copy of your identity proof including but not limited to driving licence or Aadhar card for address verification (whichever is convenient for you), PAN card, and a real time image of your face. You shall also submit with us a copy of the registration certificate (RC) of your vehicle.

When you interact on our Platform, we may additionally through our third-party service providers automatically collect such information that shall include your

(i) device specific information such as the operating system version, (ii) your geolocation information, (iii) your call log data, (iv) information about your activity on our Platform which shall include the sites from where you have accessed our Platform.

We collect, use, process, store, disclose or transfer your Personal Information in compliance with the applicable laws of the land and in such circumstances where we need to (i) perform the Services that you have contracted with us for, including but not limited to sale/facilitation of GPS devices, sale of fast tags, fuel cards, arranging Insurance or Assisting to buy/sell New old Vehicles for making payments and deducting TDS, for user authentication, for providing services on Shree Azad Pvt Ltd and in connection with other ancillary services on the Platform; (ii) provide an enhanced user experience through research and development of new products; (iii) for internal business purposes; (iv) make suggestions and recommendations to you about our Services that may be of interest to you by using your email address and mobile number (by SMS); (v) for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy; and (vi) where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Vehicle Usage Data: Vehicles will contain hardware that gathers and transmits information about vehicle use. This is done as a security measure against accident or theft and also to provide You with valuable services and information, such as trip history, drive scores & comparative leaderboard.

Location Tracking: To allow us to locate You in case of emergency, accident, lock-out, etc., and accurately measure the drive scores we track the location of your vehicle. Your location information will be confined to Shree Azad Pvt Ltd’S service, and we endeavour not to make your location or movements’ public unless it is required under personal, medical and legal (recovery and insurance) exigencies. As part of our service, the location of your vehicle may be released to insurance companies, the police, courts, tribunals or similar law enforcement agencies, in the course of an investigation and/or accident claim, and to provide assistance in emergencies.

Driver and vehicle Information: As a member of Shree Azad Pvt Ltd, you authorize us to access Your driver’s record, vehicle travelled history report pertaining to Your ride/trip from all applicable entities and authorities’.

You have the right to request Shree Azad Pvt Ltd to discontinue the use of Your personal information. To withdraw Your consent to our collection and processing of Your information in future, You may do so by closing your account.

DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Personal Information is used only for the purpose(s) for which it is collected or for which, required consent has been obtained. Customer Usage Information includes operational information like call or messaging logs, origination and termination points (i.e. to/from numbers), traffic routing information, API requests, or usage information.

Unless you give us your permission, we won’t share your Customer Content, Customer Account Information, or Customer Usage Information with third parties, except as described below:

CLOUD    COMMUNICATION    PROVIDERS    AND

TELEPHONY OPERATORS as necessary for proper routing and connectivity. Customer Content and certain Customer Usage Information is shared with and received from communication providers and telephony operators to the extent necessary to route and connect those communications from the sender to the intended recipient. How those providers and telephony operators handle your Customer Content and Customer Usage Data is generally determined by those operators’ own policies and local regulations.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS OR CONSULTANTS.

We may share your information stored on our systems with third-party service providers or consultants who need access to the information to perform their work on Call Tracking Metrics behalf, like sharing relevant Customer Account Information with our payment processor so it can process payments on our behalf, or our storage provider for storing your information on our behalf. subpoena or court or administrative order. Further, we object to requests that we do not believe were issued properly.

Business transfers. Any acquirer or successor of Call Tracking Metrics may continue to use your information as set forth in this notice.

Shree Azad Pvt Ltd at a later stage will be routing the calls of our Users through our system, currently the Users can call directly to the contact number provided on the MobileApp.
